We try to start working on orders as soon as possible and most are shipped within 3-5 business days of when order is placed.

Once shipped, we are not liable for how long the postal system takes to deliver the package, although most arrive within 2-3 days from when the postal system receives it.

We do allow exchanges within a week of when order is delivered.

You must first ship the order back, once received, we will send an invoice for the shipping of the exchange.

You are responsible for shipping the return and for shipping the exchange.

Once paid, we will ship the exchange.

Also, any price difference must be paid prior to shipment.

We do not accept returns.

We get to work on orders very soon after order is placed, so returns are not possible.

We use high quality materials for all our jewelry, so breaks are rare but can happen.

If your jewelry breaks within one week of receiving your order, then we will replace it or you can exchange for a different item. Must pay the cost difference if new item is more than original item.
