Returns:

All sales are final. If there are any issues with your order, please contact us via shopdearvalor@gmail.com to let us know! We are happy to correct any issues. Please let us know within 5 days of receiving your order. We cannot correct / remake jewelry that has been received longer than 5 days and / or worn. We cannot be responsible for how the buyer chooses to wear or treat the jewelry.


Exchanges:

If you need to exchange your order for a different size, we are happy to help. Please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order so we can set up an exchange. We will remake your bracelet for a small restocking fee and shipping back to you equaling a $10 exchange fee.
